PREPARATION:

Shake the pot a bit to make the powder inside puffy; then open the pot and add 180ml cold or hot water/skimmed milk and stir well. Let the porridge rest for 3-5min. Stir again for a few seconds and it's ready to eat. Once prepared it is intended for immediate consumption.

DIRECTIONS OF USE:

fitOATMEAL® can be consumed at any time of the day. It could replace one between-meal snack. Its high content of fiber, vitamins and minerals makes it suitable for people with sensitive stomachs. The product contributes to lean muscle mass gain during workout.

INGREDIENTS:

Oats (groats, bran and flour), milk protein isolate, whey protein isolate (milk), maltodextrin, inulin powder (chicory root), acidity regulator: organic citric acid, acacia gum, carboxymethyl cellulose, aroma, sweetener: sucralose, steviol glycosides, natural coloring agent: (1) banana, cream caramel [beta carotene]; (2) raspberry, cherry, strawberry [red beetroot]; (3) forest fruits [anthocyanins]; (4) chocolate tart, hazelnut cream, coconut & chocolate, coffee mocha, cookies, irish cream [low fat cocoa powder].

Use before the expiry date marked on the packaging / Lot. Store in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight up to 25°C. Rotate stock to maintain its freshness.
